- Osborne County is currently one of seven counties in the North Central Kansas LEPP program. A Sanitarian is currently available for questions.
Wastewater Permits
- Permits are required for the new installation or modification of an existing wastewater system. Permit packets are available at the Health Department. There is a permit fee of $20.00 if application is received before start of installation, $200.00 if application is received after start of installation.
