The following applications can be processed at the Osborne County Treasurer’s Office.
- Instructional permits and farm permits for 14 year olds who have completed drivers’ education.
- Restricted licenses for 15 year olds who have completed drivers’ education.
- Unrestricted licenses for 17 year olds who have completed drivers’ eduction.
- State Issued Identification Cards.
- Kansas Renewal for Class A, B, C and M.
- Address Changes for Class A, B, C and M.

All driver licenses expire on applicants 21st birthday.
Applicants age 65 and over receive a 4 year license.
Applicants age 21 to 64 receive a 6 year license.
The following applications cannot be processed at the Osborne County Treasurer’s Office.
- New applications.
- Application for Kansas license when applicant has a license issued in another State.
- Instructional permits for 14 year olds who have not completed driver's education.
- Restricted licenses for those who have not completed driver's education.
- Driver’s License’s that have been expired more than one year.
- Effective 1/1/2006, The Director of Vehicles has discontinued all CDL processing in county treasurer's offices.
